Thursday, December 8th: Slake After Dark presents Ben Ehrenreich and Triple Chicken Foot at Atwater Crossing beginning at 7:00 pm.

OR Books and the Los Angeles Review of Books celebrate the publication of Alive Inside the Wreck by Joe Woodward at the L.A. Press Club beginning at 7:00 pm.

Friday, December 9th: Beth Gates Warren discusses and signs Artful Lives: Edward Weston, Margrethe Mather, and the Bohemians of Los Angeles at Book Soup beginning at 7:00 pm.

Saturday, December 10th: Alice Bag discusses and signs Violence Girl: East L.A. Rage to Hollywood Stage, a Chicana Punk Story at Book Soup beginning at 5:00 pm.

Sunday, December 11th: Semiotext(e) celebrates the release of their first DVD: Gilles Deleuze From A to Z at The Mountain Bar Los Angeles beginning at 6:30 pm.

A reading at the Mandrake Bar to celebrate the release of Black Clock 14 with Rick Moody, Seth Greenland, Merrill Feitell, Tara Ison, and Sara Gerot, introduced by Steve Erickson. Beginning at 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, December 13th: "Pilgrimage: A Photo Lecture" featuring Annie Leibovitz at Central Library beginning at 7:00 pm.

A group event for Criminal Class Review at Book Soup beginning at 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, December 14th: Hammer Readings, "Some Favorite Writers: Literary Los Angeles & the Los Angeles Review of Books" featuring LARB editors Tom Lutz, Matthew Specktor, and Lisa Jane Persky in conversation with Mona Simpson, beginning at 7:00 pm.
